Since joining Data SEA Consulting, Ella has brought a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for data-driven problem solving to client projects. She is committed to deepening her expertise in data analytics and business intelligence while working on solutions that address real-world challenges.

Before joining Data SEA, Ella gained experience at TD Bank and D-Wave, where she built dashboards and developed automation tools to support audit and compliance functions. These roles sharpened her technical skills and attention to detail. She also has experience with optimization and machine learning models, stakeholder communications, and data visualization.

Ella is a fourth-year Management Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, nearing completion of her co-op program. Her studies explore the intersection of optimization, logistics, and data analytics. She is proficient in SQL and passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and uncover actionable insights.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys hiking on the West Coast, practicing Pilates, and discovering new Italian restaurants.
