Since joining Data SEA Consulting, Elly has brought a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm to learn all things data. She is focused on cultivating her expertise in data engineering and analysis to bridge clients' needs with efficient data solutions.

Before joining Data SEA, Elly completed multiple co-op placements in software development, quality automation, and project management, where she developed various automation tools that improved decision-making and operational processes. She strengthened her proficiency in languages such as Python and Java while gaining exposure to a variety of new frameworks and tools.

Elly is currently in her third year of Management Engineering at the University of Waterloo, where she aims to broaden her technical skills across software design, machine learning, and harnessing data to gain valuable insights—ultimately with the goal of finding opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and creating solutions with real business value.

Outside of work, Elly enjoys crafting (crocheting, making bracelets and keychains), attending concerts, and spending time with friends.
