Nikki has a strong background in Data Engineering and Data Operations (DataOps). She specializes in transforming complex data processes by implementing automation throughout the data lifecycle, including data ingestion pipelines, unit testing, anomaly detection, and workflow orchestration. Nikki enjoys streamlining these processes and creating visually intuitive dashboards, enabling faster, more seamless access to actionable insights and analytics.

Holding a Master’s in Business Analytics from the Ivey School of Business, Nikki developed a strong foundation in data modeling, risk assessment, and optimization techniques. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Medical Sciences from Western University.

Before joining Data SEA Consulting, Nikki worked in translational medical research at the Hospital for Sick Children, strengthening her ability to work across diverse industries and complex datasets.

Outside of Data SEA Consulting, Nikki enjoys competing in beach volleyball tournaments, attending Toronto Blue Jays games, and exploring new campsites!
